Geoffrey Allen Bautista Nuval - CEO / co-founder

Geoffrey Nuval

Geoff helped to conceptualize EVO Landing in the summer of 2007 and now steers the Company's strategy and direction.

On a day-to-day basis, Geoff covers business development, partner relations, and company operations. Prior to EVO, Geoff was the CEO of down2night, inc. a nightlife social networking and event notification platform spanning over 20 cities in the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to d2n, Geoff was with Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, working on over 14 investments with a focus on the mobile and Internet spaces. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering with Honors from Stanford University (nerd).

Daniel Lee Rust - Chief Architect / co-founder

Daniel Rust

Daniel created the EVO Landing architecture and continues to define the Company's technical vision and structure.

He currently heads EVO's team of highly-skilled engineers. Daniel has been at the edge of emerging search engine technologies and Internet design for over 8 years.

His past creations include down2night, SynapseLife (acquired Q1'07), and BuyersVine (acquired Q4'06).

Daniel attended Central Washington University studying Business Administration. He is completely a self-taught chief architect and his technical prowess is legendary.

Mark A. Michael - SVP Sales & Strategic Marketing / co-founder

Mark Michael

With a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Marketing Relations from Central Washington University, Mark has the ultimate responsibility of making sure the EVO user-experience is as smooth as a slightly-chilled glass of Cristal on a warm summer night.

Mark enjoys the finer things in life but is a business brut, having handled over 120 corporate clients over 8 years while heading operations at Synapse Corporate Solutions.

He also worked with Geoff and Daniel on down2night, SynapseLife, and BuyersVine. Mark is the diesel engine behind the EVO movement.

Ryan Canfield - Director of Graphic Design/User Interface

Ryan Canfield

Ryan heads EVO's design and user interface group focused on template creation and advertisement optimization.

Prior to EVO, Ryan founded the Canfield Media Group, a Seattle-based design company focused on corporate and personal web design.

EVO is a limited liability corporation (LLC) based in Seattle, WA and was founded in October 2007 after months of dedicated research and years of Internet site design and search engine optimization experience.

The Company received angel funding in November 2007 and closed a venture capital round of funding in December 2007.

EVO's proprietary technology is a web-based software and methodology that harnesses the power of the opening of the web. Using a flexible base architecture, every site managed by EVO is updated dynamically with purposeful rich-media and provided with community features for organic user growth.

Jeff Schrock - Executive Chairman

Jeff Schrock

Mr. Schrock provides structural, financial, and strategic guidance as EVO's Executive Chairman. He also serves on the board of Transpera and LearnLive Technologies and is a Partner at Monster Venture Partners. Prior to this, Mr. Schrock was RealNetworks' Vice President of Corporate Development. During his tenure, Real's corporate development team executed multiple transactions, including the $600 million joint venture between MTV Networks (Viacom) and Rhapsody, as well as the $350 million acquisition of WiderThan. Schrock also led content licensing and distribution negotiations for RealNetwork's consumer business.

Prior to joining Real, Schrock worked in corporate development for Yahoo! and also served as Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo! Broadcast following it's acquisition of Broadcast.com.

Before joining Yahoo!, Schrock honed his entrepreneurial abilities. He co-founded and served as CEO of Activate, from 1996 to 2001. Under his leadership, Activate was the second fastest growing private company in Washington state from 1998-2000. The company was financed by leading venture capitalists, including Madrona Venture Group, until it was sold to CMGI in 1999 for $100 Million.

Robert W. Monster - Director

Mr. Monster leads Monster Venture Partners (MVP) and is a Partner at the Internet Real Estate Group (IREG). Mr. Monster was the Founder of GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a leading provider of technology-enabled services to the global market research industry.

Mr. Monster served as Chairman and CEO from 1999-2007, during which time GMI achieved annual revenue growth of 100+% per year and served customers in more than 60 countries.

Mr. Monster is winner of the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Technology and Software (Pacific Northwest). He serves on the boards of GMI, Healthcare.com, Demoxi, Gateskate, Clickable, and Patents.com.

Richard Wolpert

Richard Wolpert

Mr. Wolpert has been a pioneer in the fields of consumer digital media and entertainment for the last 20 years. Richard Wolpert is a the founder of Chance Technologies, Inc., a technology development and investment portfolio focused on technologically driven entertainment ventures including RealNetworks, GameSpy, GameFly, Smilebox, Universal Audio, Zetta Systems, Digital Map Products, and Goodmail Systems. Chance Technologies, Inc. was formed in 1994.

In addition to managing Chance Technologies, Mr. Wolpert serves as an Executive Strategic Advisor to Rob Glaser, Chairman and CEO of RealNetworks. In this capacity Mr. Wolpert helps RealNetworks to continue the vision he helped pioneer while he was an executive with the company. In addition Mr. Wolpert serves as a Venture Advisor to Accel Partners helping them expand their portfolio in the area of consumer digital media.

Mr. Wolpert also served as the Chief Strategy Officer of RealNetworks from 2000-2005 and President of Disney Online from 1996-1998,

Neil Patel

Neil Patel

Neil Patel is an Internet marketing consultant and the co-founder of ACS which was started in 2003. He has lead Internet marketing strategies for small and medium sized businesses as well as top companies such as Hewlett Packard and Samsung. His experiences include social media marketing, search engine optimization, and buzz/viral marketing.
